We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be quite right, and we want to make the return or exchange process as smooth and transparent as possible. This Return and Exchanges Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when returning or exchanging an item purchased from borggiles.shop.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- The item must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached and in its original packaging.
- The item must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way.
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or incorrect.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the above criteria.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@borggiles.shop with the following information:
- Your full name and order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for the return or exchange
- Any photos, if applicable (e.g., defects or incorrect items)
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and indicate your exchange preference. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or an alternative product.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@borggiles.shop within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
6. International Returns
For international orders, the same return conditions apply. However, we do not cover return shipping fees for international customers unless the item is faulty or an error was made by our fulfillment team.
